Thatched Haven with Private Pool and Family Playground

Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. We are located on the 4 km long Wohlenberger Wiek. The bay has shallow water and is ideal for children, surfers etc. Wismar is 15 minutes away. Boltenhagen as well. Riostock Schwerin can be reached in about 45 minutes. We have well-developed cycle paths in all directions. The Tiger Park Dassow, the Butterfly Park Klütz, the Phantechníkum Wismar, the zoo and the world heritage city itself are not far away. There are plenty of restaurants in the area - something for everyone. The bread roll service and more is provided by a local baker. Mail address and telephone for orders are available in the house on site. W-Lan is free - This house has a table with 12 seats, which is protected from the sun by an awning. Furthermore, there are 3 sunbeds on the fenced property, an adventure playground (fenced) and a large ball playground in the immediate vicinity offers children from 2 to 80 enough opportunities to let off steam. The hot tub can be booked on site. There is also a beach chair on the large plot of land. The fenced house consists of 2 parts. In the thatched house is the living area, kitchen and dining table and space with flat - TV. There is room for everyone - there is also a shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with shower. Then in the pointed roof still 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds each. From the upper floor a large bathrobe corridor leads to the upper floor of your private swimming pool. There are 2 more bedrooms - one with a double bed and balcony and one with 2 single beds. There is also space for the sauna and steam bath and 2 large baths/showers. The entire ground floor then consists of a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool. The view from everywhere is of greenery. On the terraces there is also an outdoor hot tub for every season, which can optionally be booked on site. The barbecue terrace has a great awning for shade. We mow the lawn with robots... Dog is possible for a fee - the house is fenced. Please book in advance... Otherwise, you will need to bring your own. Children’s cots are available and bedding, including pillows and duvets, is provided in the house. Your house features a private outdoor hot tub. If you would like to use it, the hot tub must be booked before your arrival. It will then be unlocked for your stay. After each guest change, we completely replace the water and heat it to 36–38°C (97–100°F). The hot tub is checked regularly to ensure proper operation and water quality. Operating instructions can be found in the guest app. Please make sure to shower before using the hot tub. Otherwise, additional charges may apply for extra water changes. Vehicles may only be parked in the designated parking space assigned to your house. Please note that our robotic lawn mowers operate daily between 4:00 AM and 9:00 AM. Sauna, Pool and Leisure The outdoor sauna, located on the terrace next to the pond, is available to all guests and is operated via a coin-operated electricity meter. The outdoor swimming pool is open from Easter through October. It is covered and available to all guests free of charge. Please keep an eye on your children at all times, including when they are using the playgrounds. Catering and Shopping Fresh bread rolls are available from the Liebeslaube Campsite. For larger grocery shopping, you will find a Kaufland supermarket in Gägelow, approximately 3 km away. House Rules and Departure We separate waste and recycling. The designated waste bins are located at the entrance to the property. The dishwasher must be emptied before departure. If time does not allow for a final dishwasher cycle, we kindly ask that any remaining dishes be washed by hand. If you are travelling with a dog, please note that pets are only permitted in designated fenced properties. Before departure, please remove all pet hair and clean up any pet waste. Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds. We also assume that your dog is covered by valid liability insurance. In every house, you will find the house rules and a spare key at the entrance door.
