About this house rental
Large semi-detached house with approximately 250 square meters of living space, a 30-square-meter terrace, and a garden area of about 300 square meters. A 140-square-meter living and dining area with a bar counter and kitchen, a large dining table, and a flat-screen TV—foosball table; darts in the sunroom; game table; grill; Ofyr fire pit; wheelchair accessible!
There are a total of 6 bedrooms and 4 shower rooms available (4 of which are on the first floor). One bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and is particularly suitable for older guests or people with physical limitations.
Our house is perfect for spending time together with family and friends., Whether it’s a cozy breakfast, a festive dinner, or a game night—both indoors and out on the patio, there’s a large table with 13 seats available for you. This way, everyone can come together and enjoy their vacation days in good company.
On the property, you’ll find four comfortable sun loungers and a beach chair—perfect for relaxing in the fresh air. While the adults enjoy the peace and quiet, the little ones (and, of course, the young at heart) can let off steam on the ball court right behind the house. There’s plenty of space here for exercise and fun.
Please bring your own linens (towels, bed linens) for your stay—duvets and pillows are, of course, provided.
The beach is only about 3 km away and easily accessible by bike, car, or bus; there’s a bus stop very close by. The destination is the beautiful, family-friendly swimming cove known as Wohlenberger Wieck. With its approximately 3.8 km long, gently sloping shoreline, it is particularly popular with families with children. The calm waters, the sweeping view of the Baltic Sea, and the natural surroundings make it an ideal spot for relaxing days at the beach, long walks, or a refreshing swim.
Whether you’re looking for active vacations with plenty of exercise or relaxing hours in a beach chair—young and old alike will find the perfect conditions here for a thoroughly enjoyable getaway.
