Location: Wonderful holiday home completely renovated with high-quality materials. The location on a hill with far-reaching views in Montebello above Camaiore is very quiet and offers a beautiful panorama. The large property consists mainly of olive groves. A beautiful pool (6.10 x 3.75 x 1.20 metres) is only available to our guests from 01.04. to 30.10.. It is fenced and has a remote-controlled gate. A beautiful sun terrace, now covered, invites you to linger and is ideal for barbecues. Barbecue and outdoor shower are available. The house has internet via WLan (free of charge) and an alarm system.
The car can be parked on the property.
Features: the living area is approx. 70 m². Beautiful new and tasteful furnishings. The ground floor consists of an open-plan kitchen, a lovely living room with cosy sofa and dining table. Bathroom with shower. On the first floor there is a double bedroom with a bathtub and washbasin. A bedroom with a bunk bed.
