This well-kept roof-only house is situated in a cul-de-sac in the popular North Sea holiday park Fedderwardersiel, which is located directly behind the dyke near the shrimp cutter harbour and the marina. The North Sea resort of Burhave can be reached in approx. 5 minutes by car.
Numerous shopping facilities and restaurants in Butjadingen-Burhave, the North Sea lagoon and the play barn in Burhave or the Frisian beach in Tossens ensure that boredom is never an issue.
The house has 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds on the upper floor, which can be reached via a room-splitting staircase. There is also a bedroom with two single beds on the ground floor. In addition to the spacious living room, which has a nice large separate dining area, there is a small, well-equipped kitchen and a shower room on the ground floor.
The use of the playground, which is offered by the North Sea holiday park, is not included in this booking arrangement. The playground may of course be used during a visit to the holiday park's bistro.
