Dostępność miejsc parkingowych, winda, wygodny i funkcjonalny apartament.
Poprzez lokalizację blisko centrum jest trochę dalej do większych dyskontów spożywczych.

Fajna lokalizacja, w mieszkanku było wszystko co potrzebne. Udało się również bezproblemowo zameldować przed czasem.
W większości było czysto, ale wiatraczek był strasznie zakurzony, a na szybach były odbite odciski dłoni. Poza tym nie mam się do czego przyczepić.

Просторе помешкання, в новому сучасному будинку. Два окремих спальних місця, хоч і компактних.
Прозорі штори на вікні в основну кімнату, і відсутність шторки чи дверей в спальню. Це сонячна сторона, і вже о 5 ранку вся кімната залита світлом. Кавомашина була, але не було капсул. Пральна машина була, але на жаль не було прального порошку. Нема шампунів чи гелів для душу.
