5179 - KDH Cozy Cottage - Oceanside w/ Pets

PROS: The location of the house to the beach, restaurants and stores was fantastic, quick & easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood with a great street to walk our dog on, well equipped kitchen for cooking, very clean, 2 full bathrooms, loved the comfortable swing on the back deck, great sitting area with a terrific view on the upper deck, fantastic communication from Seaside Vacations, outside water hose was helpful to wash off our pet, we appreciated the small essentials (TP, paper towels, dish sponge) left by Seaside Vacations so we didn't have to shop right away, comfortable living room space, easy keyless entry, loved having the washer and dryer next to the kitchen for easy access and even had a laundry basket, bathroom and kitchen towels were provided, vacuum provided

CONS: The mattresses on all the beds were WAY too soft and very uncomfortable so none of us slept well our entire stay, the back yard is mostly dirt and the fence is not well maintained, the ceiling fan in the living room would not stay on and only worked sporadically, the fridge had a difficult time maintaining it's temperature (I had a fridge thermometer to check the temp) so it might be on it's way out, no kitchen disposal
