Расположение очень хорошее: близко метро и в то же время кругом природа, даже часть заповедника. Продуктовые магазины тоже недалеко. В самих апартаментах было всё самое необходимое, в том числе фен, утюг, чайник, плита для готовки, полотенца, постельное белье.
В квартире, даже с условием постоянного проветривания и прохладной погоды, было душно, особенно ночью. Возможно, есть проблемы с вентиляцией. По чистоте - сносно. Но могло бы быть и чище. Техника в основном исправная, но старая. И так нам и не сделали лампочку в ванной, хоть обещали.
