Cosy 1BR près Carré Eden – Terrasse & Confort

Nice clean place. Very well kept. Excellent location - just outside the chaos of the medina but walkable to all key tourist sites in Marrakech and some good cafes/restaurants. Nice balcony, good A/C, two bathrooms/WCs etc. Attentive agent who answered all our questions and adhered to our needs for early check out etc.

We had a car with us and needed the parking spot offered. Turns out this doesn’t exist as the owner doesn’t actually have a parking spot. We were told to park in the street in an illegal bay and just to move it when we could. Having already gotten tickets for this in Marrakech we were very uncomfortable by this and had to find a different place to park. The agent was unwilling to confirm in writing this was his advice which was uncomfortable for us to be liable for this as well. Also the damage deposit has to be paid in cash meaning if it is the end of your stay in Morocco you are suddenly left with a load of cash you cannot legally leave the country with and have to exchange at the airport for bad rates.

Great location. Spacious and clean apartment with good equipment. Pleasant terrace

Welcome amenities could be improved: booked for two and only got one towel, no consumables as is usually the case (bottle of water, a few coffee pods, salt and pepper, kitchen roll), no shower gel either.

It was really close to medina and Mohammed V. Comfortable bed and sofa, after all day trips were pure gold. Nice balcony. Fettah, who have me apartment keys, was always reachable, he also helped me get to the airport, really nice guy

Wifi connection was terrible- luckily I didn't have to work, but even scrolling a bit or watching netflix was often a nightmare

La propreté ,la proximité du centre ,la décoration
