The room itself was quite spacious and the bathroom was clean and sufficient. Free water and paid laundry machines are available on-site which was quite handy. The bed was comfortable, and they clean the room on request which was much appreciated.

These do not affect my review at all, just a few points to note. There is no lift access so if you're carrying a heavy bag, it might be a concern. The entrance is also in a dark alleyway (at night of course), which might be a turn off for some. Also make sure to bring your own hand soap and laundry detergent if using the machines.

All the staff were extremely kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and modern. There is a very nice and cozy cafe below the hotel. Multiple 7-elevens within walking distance.

The location around the hotel is a bit dirty and smelly, but once you go inside, it is a whole different world. Also, they didn’t clean our room for 4 nights. If you ask, they will probably clean it, but you have to ask.

This accommodation was extremely clean, comfortable, airy and spacious. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. The bed was so comfortable. The shower was fabulous. It was a bit of a distance from attractions but as we like to walk it wasn't a problem for us. It's more of a residential area. The accommodation has a coffee shop. They also have a free to use, water machine, that dispenses cold and hot water. There are 7/11s nearby. I would stay again.

The balcony could do with some furniture and a clothes airer. This may happen in due course as the accommodation is still a work in progress.

Brand new apartment, fresh interior, nice lights in the room, there is a table for work and everything you need. Nice shower also. Cozy 1st floor that is a coffee/matcha shop. Beautifully decorated, there’s even a huge batmobile! Owner and staff are kind and friendly. They let me to check-in earlier, because I arrived in the morning. And helped with baggage (it is difficult for me rn to carry after a surgery) Location also good, a lot of street food nearby and seafood cafes. 7-11 just 3 min walking. Beautiful place for a walking along the river. Not noisy, no touristic place, only locals. 10 minutes to the center by taxi
