Nisut Pyramids Hotel

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend this hotel. The biggest highlight was the staff. Everyone went above and beyond to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. A very special thank you to Nada, who was absolutely fantastic. She organised our entire itinerary, gave us excellent recommendations, and was always available to help with anything we needed. She truly made our visit to Cairo much easier and more enjoyable. We would also like to thank Omar, our driver, who was always punctual and kind, as well as our guide at the Pyramids Armando, who made the visit both interesting and memorable. The location in Giza is very convenient for visiting the Pyramids, and the views from the hotel are simply spectacular. Waking up to such an incredible view is something we will never forget. One thing future guests should know is that the surrounding neighbourhood is authentic and genuinely local. It is not a polished or upscale area like Zamalek, but that is part of its character and gives visitors a more real glimpse of everyday life in Cairo. Overall, an excellent experience with outstanding hospitality. Thank you to the whole team for making our stay so special.

There are only a couple of areas that could be improved. The continental breakfast was quite slow to be served and offered a limited selection of options. Expanding the variety and speeding up the service would make the experience much better. The air conditioning in our room was positioned directly above the bed, blowing straight towards our heads while sleeping. Although we understand that this may be difficult to change, redirecting the airflow or adjusting the installation in future renovations would make the room much more comfortable.

La ubicación es inmejorable si visitas las pirámides y el gran museo. Las vistas a las pirámides desde la terraza son espectaculares. La piscina también se agradece para refrescarte después del día de calor.

El hotel necesitaría una renovación, pero podemos decir que es correcto.

View from roof terrace is wonderful. The pyramids are at 5 min. walking distance.

Very, very poor hygiene. Staff continuously tries to sell you (also in advance via email and WhatsApp) travel arrangements which are ridiculously high priced. Same goes for taxi rides. Use Uber, it is much cheaper. Very noisy, bring ear plugs!
