    Room sizes are great and rooftop is great place to relax and enjoy and staff is very hospitable especially front desk Ashraf! I would come back just because of Ashraf!

    the only good thing about this place is the location (close to the pyramids). Staff is not welcoming, rooms are bad, it smells terrible in the hotel, food is the least good we ate in all Egypt, for this price I would recommend to go somewhere else

    Ok so I am writting everything I have seen, did and noticed. No one has forced/bribed me to write this review as I travel for fun and write reviews so others can enjoy the same as I did. The hotel was great, staff was excellent, manager was so nice/humble/family oriented great guy from Texas USA. So, here are few interesting facts about this hotel:- 1. Location- Excellent 10/10 rite in the heart of Giza and walking distance to the pyramids (trust me) 2. Staff & Service- Excellent 10/10 very helping and very careing 3. Price - Amazing $30-$40 per night you cant go wrong honestly. 4. Breakfast - was good but needs improvement (oh btw it is included in the price of the room) 5. Hotel can arrange for drivers and tour guides to make you trip more memorable and joyfull. 6. If you need a guide to see pyramids then TRUST ME please have them ABDUL as your guide and if you need a driver please have them HENNY as your driver. Trust me guys you will not regret and see my pictures that ABDUL took for me. 7. You go to the roof top and you can take breath taking pictures of the Pyrimids, giza and you can even see the light show and fireworks for free while enjoying a cup of tea/coffee or a beer. Only one thing I was shocked and surprised when I first came to this hotel was the sorrounding as it is sorrounded by horse/camel stables. Everywhere you see is horses /camels and sheeps everywhere. Lots of horse shit smell but It was ok the second day as on your left side of the hotel there is a CAT WALK or SHORT WAY to the market and pyramid enterance. All over I end up staying there for 3 nights and it was amazing.

    Terrible Experience – Booking Not Honored and Overcharged I had a confirmed booking through Agoda for 2 nights at this hotel for $36.40. I received confirmation both via email and through Agoda messages. But when I arrived, the hotel staff claimed there was no booking under my name. Despite showing them all the proof, they refused to honor the original price and said if I wanted to stay, I had to pay $100 for the same 2 nights. They blamed Agoda, saying they didn’t receive the booking—even though they had chatted with me through the Agoda platform earlier. On top of that, when I asked for an invoice for the amount I was forced to pay, they simply said they didn’t have any. This felt like a dishonest setup to get more money from travelers. Extremely unprofessional and disappointing. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
