Servizi: per una famiglia in due giorni di permanenza occorrono kit saponi / shampoo piu abbondanti, rotoli di carta igienica… Garage con ingresso troppo stretto per automobili di oggi, servirebbero indicazioni per parcheggiare o parcheggio riservato.

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The apartment was very clean, spacious, and stayed surprisingly cool even during warm weather thanks to the thick walls. We also appreciated the private garage, which was perfect for safely storing our bicycles during our stay. Small details such as individually packed dishwashing liquid, a sponge, soap, and shower gel were a nice touch. The apartment also has a useful storage room, which we appreciated. A few small improvements would make the stay even better. The amount of toilet paper provided was not sufficient for a family of four staying four nights. Also, the upper bunk bed has no safety rail, so our young children could not sleep there and both had to share the lower bed. Overall, the apartment itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable. With clearer communication and more transparent information about the parking situation, we would have rated it even higher.

The main issue for us was the parking. We specifically filtered for accommodation with private parking because we are travelling for several months with two small children and a fully loaded car. When we arrived on Saturday evening, all nearby public parking spaces were occupied, which made arrival quite stressful. In the end, this was only a problem on the first evening, but we had expected a private parking space as part of our booking. After that, we always managed to find a public parking space nearby. Communication could definitely be improved. There does not seem to be direct contact with the owners, only with a management company. Several different phone numbers were provided, it was often unclear whom to contact, and responses sometimes took a long time or did not arrive at all. The washing machine worked well, but during the spin cycle it shook so violently that it moved across the bathroom floor. This should probably be checked.

1 rollo de papel para 3 personas para 4 noches, 1 jabón y 1 champú mini para 3 personas para 4 noches. Los colchónes están hundidos sería conveniente cambiarlos y los somieres de muelles también

Casa molto ampia e pulita. Con piccole attenzioni potrebbe essere davvero perfetta. Buoni servizi con Wi-Fi, TV, lavastoviglie, lavatrice e ottimi piumoni.

Il letto a castello non aveva la protezione quindi abbiamo fatto dormire i bimbi assieme nel letto di sotto. La temperatura é impostata con un limite massimo di 20 gradi: qualche grado in più sarebbe necessario, specialmente per chi come noi viaggia con bimbi piccoli. Consiglierei di aggiungere una caffettiera, uno scolapasta , lasciare pastiglie per lavastoviglie in base ai giorni prenotati (1/giorno) e di lasciare una riserva di carta igienica.
