In the house: lift, storage room for skis. Motor access to 150 m from the house. Public parking 150 m. Shop 150 m, supermarket 170 m, bus stop 500 m, railway station "Sauze D'Oulx" 6.5 km. Mountain railway, ski lift, slopes 350 m. The apartment is located in a zone with limited traffic. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. Access to the house until 9 am, between 1 pm and 3 pm and after 8 pm. There is no access to the Via Villaggio Alpino at all other times.
