Not worth the value and have more pictures to show my problems and definitely wouldn’t be coming back at that price

Il be honest only good thing about the property was the sauna I was not happy about a lot of things

The plug socket gave me a electric shock the bath was dirty the screen wasn’t even working in the bath I was meant to have a message on the screen the message wasn’t on the screen I transferred my deposit got told I would get it back as I check out took about 7 days for me to get my refund even though it was a bank transfer not a transaction outside the property all rubbish and dirty definitely wasn’t a good appearance for my Mrs to see in her birthday as the first site to then come inside to the room and come across all other problems definitely wasn’t happy for that price and I never complain as you can see I book with booking on a regular basis

Initially We had a mix up with the room me and my husband booked it wasn’t available. but we was able to sort this out. With friendly help from the staff And we was refunded for the difference and the room we got was just as nice

Disgusting! Dirty and didn’t stay a moment longer i needed too. Walked into the room and left!!!! Nothing on the pictures is what u get the LED light didn’t even work Fake advertisement!!!!!! Round the bath was dirty it had hairs in the bottom. The radiator was dirty and dusty there was hand prints all over the walls ( wish i got a pic of them) the hallways to the room was just grubby! Not welcoming at all!!!!!!

We booked this accommodation based on the pictures and description, which clearly showed a jacuzzi located in the room i

We booked this accommodation based on the pictures and description, which clearly showed a jacuzzi located in the room itself. Upon arrival, we discovered that the jacuzzi was actually inside the shower, which was not what we had booked or expected. We immediately spoke to the staff member on site, who understood our concern but said she needed to contact the manager via the number listed on Booking.com. When we spoke to the manager over the phone, she was extremely rude and unprofessional. She told us we could either leave the property or pay an additional £50, plus a £100 deposit. While we understood the deposit, we did not understand why we were being asked to pay an extra £50 when we were given a different room from what we had booked. The manager claimed that we had seen the pictures, but we explained that the pictures we saw showed a jacuzzi in the room, not in the bathroom. We had also tried repeatedly to call and message before arrival to confirm this detail, but received no response until 12:13 the day of arrival, by which time we were already travelling from London. The manager raised her voice, shouted at us over the phone, and made us feel humiliated. She even said we could hand in the keys and leave, claiming she did not feel safe with us staying—despite knowing it was last minute and impossible for us to cancel or find alternative accommodation. This put us in a very unfair and uncomfortable position. After a long journey and feeling exhausted, we reluctantly accepted the room with the jacuzzi in the bathroom.
