La disposición del propietario para estar siempre en contacto. Los detalles del apartamento y la limpieza. Tiene parking en la calle de al lado, y desde ahí, tranvía al centro.

Bezproblemowy kontakt z wlascicielem. Zameldowanie bezkontaktowe. Bardzo szybki internet. Blisko do centrum (30 minut pieszo) i sklepów (niedaleko Conad - ok 5 minut pieszo). Spokojna dzielnica.
Słychać sąsiadów. Najbardziej tych z góry. Nie każdemu może to pasować, ale pościel była bardzo pachnąca po praniu. Szkoda, że w prysznicu jest tylko sama deszczownica, bez słuchawki prysznicowej.
