STAY Engomi Gem 2

Beautiful modern well appointed and clean apartment with a great kitchen close to Engomi Mall and University of Nicosia. No complaints in so far as the property is concerned. We loved our 18 day stay. Extra bed linens and towels were promptly provided.

The quality of service could be improved. At times it appeared as "pennywise pound foolish." I requested floor cleaning product (which costs approx. EUR 1.60 for a bottle). Instead of providing it gracefully they declined it. We did not like that approach considering that rental for 18 days was some 1,250 Euros plus 65 Euros as cleaning fee. Similarly we requested one hour late check out. At first they wanted 50% of the daily rent. However, later they relented. Note that they did not have another guest checking in. They could have also provided us with a weekly cleaning service (changing bed linens and mopping floors) considering our over two week stay. Daily wage for cleaners in Nicosia, we were informed, is around 10 Euros per hour. These are minor details which could enhance the quality of overall stay. Management may wish to revisit its approach in this regard. Otherwise, it is a fabulous property!!

Everything was organized. Great location also everything is around you!

Insects kept coming inside the room. Especially my room and the bathroom. I highly recommend to have a solution with this because everything about the apartment looks fantastic.
