Achillion Gardens, near UNIC By 'Flats Nicosia'

Maria was a fantastic host, check in was super easy and smooth. Great to have our own parking spot in the building and, since we were attending a wedding, great to have a good iron and ironing board too. The iron was brand new, so we didn’t have to worry about it damaging our wedding outfits! The property itself was sparkling clean, good inverter aircon units were a godsend during the heat wave. Maria was especially understanding at check out, we overslept after the wedding and missed check out, but she was very patient and understanding with us while we finished packing and checked out. Thank you!!!

Everything was wonderful. This was our 7th or 8th stay during the past four years. We love staying here. Host Maria is absolutely lovely - very friendly, graceful and ever ready to promptly attend to our needs, if any. Thanks again, Maria!!

Nothing to do with Maria or the flat. However, the neighbor across the street from the balcony is very unpleasant and thinks that the street parking next to his house is his personal property!!

Clean, comfortable and well positioned just behind a busy high street offering shops and restaurants. This was our first time renting an apartment whilst staying in Nichosia, we usually book a hotel. Pleasantly surprised.

Nothing, but...... only stayed two nights so cannot comment on anything connected with the kitchen, apart from crockery and kettle (we eat out).
