Beautiful new construction with a cozy apartment above the garage. The apartment itself was immaculate with a full kitchen stocked with plates, silverware, cookware, and utensils for two. The living room and bedroom furniture are clean and very comfortable. Loved the view of the indianapolis Skyline from the window. Shower flowed well and was hot. Only a few blocks to fountain square and all it has to offer. Very convenient location to downtown and Irvington as well. Will be staying again.

The entire place is well-appointed and welcoming. The mattress and pillows are divine! I loved being able to wash my clothes so that I don't have to when I return home.
Since the vanity is nice and deep, it would be beneficial if there were an extendable make up mirror attached to the wall. A grab bar in the shower would be welcomed for those who have balance issues.
