Specious Luxury wRooftop 1 mi DT Indy Sleeps 6

The entire unit was decorated very nicely. All of the living areas were very spacious and comfortable. There were four levels in the living area. There was also a very spacious one car garage. The entrance level (front door and garage entrances) on the bottom floor has seating and a half bathroom. There is a spacious kitchen area, living room/den area, laundry room and half bathroom on the second level. There were dishes, glasses, pots & pans, Keurig & coffee pods, toaster, dishwasher, etc provided for our use. On the third level there was a linen closet in the hallway, a full bathroom, three bedrooms (king bedroom with a walk in closet and a full bathroom, a bunkbed bedroom, a queen bedroom). The beds in each room were comfortable and each bedroom had its own TV. The rooftop area on the fourth level was furnished nicely, including a grill and an umbrella. It was rainy during our stay so we couldn't really enjoy the rooftop. All of the living areas were very spacious and comfortable. The airconditioning, which had separate controls on the second and third levels, worked very well. Bob, the host, provided clear instructions and also responded quickly to all of my questions through messaging on Booking.com. There was easy access to downtown from the unit's location. All in all, I highly recommend this property to anyone who doesn't mind and who is physically able to walk up and down stairs.

-There were no mirrors in the bunkbed room or the queen bedroom. -The umbrella on the rooftop level was "out of order".

Everything but be ready for some exercise because of the 4 flights of stairs

Need to clean the walls, stove and doors and TV has a lot of smudges and dirt marks Need to be cleaned down. Towels were limited Load was in the dryer still wet - no bid deal but makes a difference

A beautiful place, lots of room , has garage, clean ,safe neighborhood, close to downtown, easy driving around.
