Climatização da casa. Por ser uma cidade muito quente precisam investir em Climatização da casa. Possui um ventilador no quarto apenas. E precisa melhorar a descrição. Informar que é uma casa, com uma suíte e um quarto, com os demais ambientes compartilhados. Amei a casa e, se precisar, locarei novamente. Mas é melhor deixar claro na descrição.
