The location is excellent. Situated practically on the main street and a short walk to the beaches on either side of the peninsula. In our case we opted to drive 10/15 minutes away to explore the different options of beaches that P. del Este offers. The apartment has a nice sitting/dining room big enough to seat 5 people. The kitchen is not big but complete. A big fridge-freezer, good working gas cooker, microwave and other small appliances. There were more than enough plates, glasses and cutlery. There wasn't a colander and a grater, but they were quickly supplied by the hosts when requested. The hot water flow in both bathrooms was very good . Thw main bedroom with an en suite bathroom was very good, as well as a double with two single beds and a smaller room with a single bed. The parking space was easy to get to via a lift serving the main building. The hosts were delightful and attentive.

The bidet in the main bedroom wasn't working properly We did not know that we could have called maintenance to fix it, although given the age of the appliance, I think it had no remedy. Over all, the apartment is beginning to show its age, and for that reason I wouldn't give 10 out of 10 for price/ value.
