Great amenities with indoor pool, sauna and steam room. In the summer there is a fabulous outdoor pool

The tub looked old and damaged with old looking and possibly moldy silicon around it.

The host was great, and walked us through the facilities and property. Excellent facilities, clean room and overall very pleasant experience.

The pillows

really nice location, has a mini market right in front as well as a El Novillo Alegre (great meat for cooking/grill). Views from the 15th floor amazing even if looking to the back, green everywhere! Punta del Este is just amazing. Last, the service is truly great, which makes the stay much more comfortable. My stay was very short, but I’m looking to book again for January as Punta del Este is going to be on fire!

The parking space allocated is very bad actually, for a car that’s very close to the ground even more. The ramps to go up/down are the same for either way, so yo u have to be very cautious if there’s someone not paying full attention, plus you risk damaging the exposed parts of the car that’s are looking to to the floor if not cautious.. There’s many parking spaces outside as well, but might not find one during peak season.

Made me swap room. Second room much nicer. Both rooms Spacious.

Bad communication. Was told 2 hours before arriving they would change room. I thought no problem. What they meant was they would swap rooms on last day. On check in they explained nothing of this, not even which day, so was surprised when heading out, when got phone call to swap rooms. Ruined my day as I had to wait so long. First room was sparse, horrible smell from cleaners using dirty cloths to wipe surfaces. 2nd room much nicer. Unfriendly check in. Made me wait past 3pm. Complimentary loungers on beach were snapped up before 9am. Not enough. Gym rubbish.
