Loved the location! Loved the washing machine and air dryer for our clothes. Very quiet for sleeping despite being right on the Royal mile. Only one flight of stairs up. Secure entrance and easy to get to.
Furniture in main living area needs a good shampooing/cleaning but was comfortable and provided a fairly comfortable pull out bed.

Historic apartment right on the Royal Mile with a front row seat to the street performers and people flow below. 3 real bedrooms and 2 baths. Very nice and accommodating hosts.
The street performers could be a bit noisy but there was some great music too. They stop at 9 pm. There is a registration and deposit process outside of booking.com that is a bit cumbersome.
