Located on the second and third floors this Georgian apartment offers spacious accommodation for large groups of guests.
Please note, this is not a party flat, neighbours must always be respected and noise kept to acceptable levels. Whilst we do not rule out Hen and Stag parties please do get in touch to discuss your own needs if planning such an event.
Please note whilst we do have lots of character we do not have lift access, so do bear this in mind if concerned about the climb.
Whilst new to VRBO this property has been welcoming guests since 2008 and sits next door to the very popular No19Loft which can be reserved together.

House is roomy, clean and amazing. A lot of steps to get up to it. But it was very nice. Kitchen well stocked. Very roomy.

Beautiful townhome - though beware of flights of stairs. Well appointed and stocked. True luxury. Fantastic location - in walking distance to Royal Mile and all the fun in between.

Amazing location, very cool apartment large enough to accommodate a family of 13. Can walk all over the city from this location. The host were very nice and responsive to all our questions. Would stay here again.
