Great location, short walk to the beach, the wagon chairs and umbrella worked out great, easy walk to the library to catch the free tram, long walk to north end but doable walking off great food and refreshments, easy drive to the Publix or anywhere early but it’s FMB,

Traffic but you figure it out, go early or plan accordingly

The place was very neat and Clean, very organized with everything you need. From Dishes to towels and Beach accessories. nice for a couple, beach with walking distance with and entry at the end of the road across the street. The owners were very nice and courteous.

The place was clean, but it had lots of mosquitos, i got a chance to mention it to the owners, as they were onsite. it didn’t seem like a big deal to them, that they were inside the place. I was under the impression that the pool already Done. I didn't see on the booking Site that it said, it was under construction. I was disappointed that i was not going to enjoyed the new pool. We had people working there during the morning time, with machinery, during our stay. I was ok, but my vacation had a turnaround went a new couple checked in on Thursday. The walking noise in the unit above me was crazy loud. I didn't have an idea, how loud human footsteps would sound, till them. I didn't want to deal with people stumping back and forward, so i check out on Thursday night, instead of checking out on Friday morning. If you like your peace on Vacation, don't stay on the bottom unit, because you will regret it. Went it rain, the water would accumulate right Infront of the door and it would be a big puddle, that you have to jump over, before stepping out of the apartment.
