It is a clean, very spacious place on top of a hill seeing entire Tromso. Not a hotel and gives you a chance to live like a local. A smart TV, 2 in 1 washing/drying machine, dishwasher, large refrigerator and most importantly wonderful radiators which is essenrial if you are also not comfortable with cold weather. Bed is quite comfortable even though it doesn't seem so at first
Let's not say didn't like but it is and old place so lots of things might enjoy a bit renovation. It is located on a hill so takes a lot walking with sometimes steep slopes that is quite challenging if you visit in winter due to snow and ice
