Very clean, amazing location on a quiet street in HongDae. Plenty of space to relax for a family of 4. Laundry washer was super handy (bring your own laundry wash detergent). Shampoo, conditioner and body wash included. Quick response from the property. Great price considering it is so well located. Variety of electrical plugs included, iron, laundry rack. Instructions in room were clear. 8 small hand towels wee provided, worked. Air conditioning worked great. Refrigerator and kitchenette was handy.
Minor hiccup getting in. Need to press the rectangular bar below the key pad above the round button to get the key pad to show up. Property manager messaged back an image quickly (and a passing food delivery person helped). Note stairs required to get to the third floor, not for those who cannot carry their luggage upstairs. Shower and bathroom are combined, so floor gets a little wet from showering, but works fine.
