2bedroom 1bathroom hongdae area

The villa was the perfect size for two people and very comfortable. The host was friendly, welcoming, and easy to communicate with. We really enjoyed the bathroom, especially the shower shield that helps keep the sink and toilet dry, as well as the toilet bidet. Having a washer and dryer was also incredibly convenient, especially before flying home. There were plenty of hangers and storage space for our clothes and luggage. The location was good, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, as well as a convenience store very close by. We also really appreciated the full-length body towels!

- While the location was good overall, the walk home from a whole day of shopping did sometimes feel a bit long, especially when we were making our way back with lots of shopping bags. (10-15 minutes from Hongilk Univ. Station Exit 3) - The AC is located in the living room, so when the bedroom doors are closed, the rooms can get a little warm at night (probably not a problem in colder months). It might be a nice addition to have electric fans in the bedrooms to help keep everyone cool and comfortable. We mentioned this to the host, and he was very receptive to the suggestion :) - One of the bedrooms had a fridge inside, which was convenient to have, although it did make the room feel slightly more compact. If there’s an opportunity to place it elsewhere, it could help make the room feel a little more spacious. - If returning late at night, it can be a little dark coming up the stairs to the room. There are sensor lights but we just used our phone torches so it was brighter.

The apartment was beautiful, modern, very clean, and located in a quiet area, which made it perfect for relaxing. It was only about a 10-minute walk from the busiest and liveliest areas in Hongdae, while still being peaceful at night. There were also several public transport options nearby, making it very easy to get around and explore different parts of the city. The host was very friendly, helpful, and quick to respond to any questions. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!
