Nice flat with the basics. Staff at reception of the building are fantastic. Friendly and very helpful. Nice gym in the building.

When you book this accommodation, there is no information at all about how to check in. It is also pointless trying to communicate with the people at HX, as they simply ignore you and never respond. I sent several messages through Booking.com, tried calling them, and I also sent emails, all without any success. Fortunately, one of the other guests had experienced the same problem and mentioned in a review that you should simply go to the building, where the reception staff will assist you. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and extremely helpful. Also, don’t bother asking HX for a late check-out. They are very rude and insist that it is against their policy. Honestly, after I had stayed at your property for a week and had a flight departing after midnight, you showed absolutely no understanding of my situation. Shame on you. Then change your ridiculous policy. It would also have been nice to receive clean bed linen at least once during a seven-day stay.

Poderiam apenas revisar materiais de cozinha e hidráulica do banheiro (válvulas não fechando bem). E melhorar o sinal da internet para funcionar além da sala.

O lugar é extremamente barulhento, não tem acústica nenhuma para proteger os barulhos da região, não possui nenhum ventilador então nos dias de calor fica difícil usar a sala e tv, o ar do quarto é do modelo antigo que é bem ruim e controle da tv da sala não funciona direito.
