Luxury Rosemary 4BR Villa with Private Pool

The house and cottage are both beautiful and well furnished. Beds and linens are comfy and the closets in the master were great. The showers were luxurious and felt amazing. The heated pool temperature was perfect during our stay. Kitchen is very well stocked with dishes and appliances. We loved the short walk to the square where there was plenty to see and eat. The house is near the amphitheater of the community which I liked. One evening there was a family friendly event and it ended at a good time so as not to disturb anyone. There were three bikes for our use. The handles were scheduled to be repaired, so we didn’t get to use them but that was a nice addition. There was a Peloton which was nice, but the subscription was expired. Huge TV in the game area with a nice sized comfy couch. Sadly the remote for that TV was unable to be found. The cozy patio area was perfect for wine and chatting in the evenings. Relaxing fountain to add to the ambience. Very safe area!

There were several suggestions I sent the property manager that I’m hoping they will correct especially since it was a pricey stay and the cleaning fee was steep. One of the biggest inconveniences is the beach passes didn’t work to get on and off the beach. We had to slip in behind people and sometimes it took several minutes of waiting. It would be very inconvenient if you went on an evening beach walk and couldn’t get back into the neighborhood, especially if it started raining. Someone else gave the same feedback a couple months ago in a review and it hasn’t been corrected yet.
