The location is perfect. You are in the heart of Soho, close to all the theaters and easy access to the tube station. The host was very responsive and allowed us to stay for an extra 2 hrs on the last day. The young man who opened the apt for us on the first day was very helpful and also carried up my case for me. The apartment was quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our time there.
I was not aware that we had to climb up 3 flights of stairs to reach the apartment. This is a challenge if you have mobility issues, or a heavy suitcase. The mattress on the bed was uncomfortable and should be replaced.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of Soho and theatreland. The property is comfortable, quiet and everything we needed was provided.
The communication via Booking.com was email only. We had arranged to meet our host to collect the key via email and we were slightly late, there was no instant method of communication to let him know. Also worth noting that there are a lot of stairs and no lift.

Great location - quiet area.
The bed is atrocious, cheap metal spring mattress with a mattress cover the same thickness as a sheet with appalling ill fitting polyester bedding. One days rental can solve both problems. No towel rail in the cold shower room. Rubber shower matt at the sink to stand on? Seriously, investing a little bit in your flat would go a significant way.
