Welcome to this spacious townhouse in Marbella, with a private garden and access to a shared pool, perfect for a stay of at least two months. Here you will live in a calm and well-maintained urbanisation with beautiful mountain views and proximity to both Marbella and the coastal beaches, making the accommodation an ideal base for a longer stay on the Costa del Sol.



The house offers four bedrooms and two bathrooms with comfort and flexibility for family or friends. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, one bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the fourth bedroom is equipped with a bunk bed that accommodates three people. Additionally, there is a sofa bed in the living room, making it possible to accommodate up to ten people comfortably.



The interior is well-planned and functional. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking, and the living room and dining area provide a bright and pleasant space for socialising, relaxation, and shared meals.
