Beautiful location. Only issue was the parking. Our Tahoe is 6'4 tall and the garage opening is 6'2. Fortunately we were able to get a spot in open parking.

We have stayed at this condo before in a different unit and loved our trips to Daytona however this unit's beds and furniture are in horrible shape and desperately need updating (pictures are deceiving). The dish washer does work but the dishes come out still dirty and smelling like mildew. Also, when you turn the water on in the master shower it sounds like a jack hammer, horrible noise that wakes everyone up, so we could only use the secondary shower. Don't plan on using the washer and dryer they are in the outside storage closet, the smell of mildew in that room was so bad! This unit was not stocked with any games for family evening entertainment. And plan on bringing your own beach accessories, no usable beach chairs (broken and rusted), no Kido's beach toys and no canopy. The AC/Heat vents are black with well I don't know with exactly what, but the ducts and vents desperately need cleaning. And finally, all the towels, etc... were so old, paper thin, and feel like sandpaper, plan on bring you own. (defiantly not 5 Stars as advertised) The ground floor accessibility to the pool and beach was why we chose this unit as one of our travelers has mobility issues. The host was very responsive and communicated very well but I would not recommend this unit to any one unless it has undergone a deep cleaning and furnishings upgrade.
