Just six minutes from Tallow Beach and ten from Byron Bay, it strikes a rare balance. Secluded enough to feel like an escape, close enough that everything you need is a short drive or a 700m walk away. The local grocer, bakery, artisan coffee cart, pub, pharmacy and restaurants are all within easy reach, along with a bike pump track, skatepark and playgrounds for families.

Set within a private eco enclave bordered by protected bushland and wildlife corridor, the home is designed for groups of up to ten who value space, comfort and considered design. A known local koala habitat sits nearby, and guests will often spot wallabies grazing on the lawn at dusk.

The Space
Palmcliff House blends contemporary architecture with the warmth of coastal living. Upstairs, high ceilings and wide windows frame the treetops and distant hills. The open plan kitchen, dining and living space flows to a broad balcony overlooking the hinterland and cliff face, the kind of spot where morning coffee stretches into a long lunch.

Downstairs opens to landscaped gardens and the heated mineral pool, with two separate living areas offering room for the group to spread out or come together.

Living
Upstairs, the main living area feels bright and open with high ceilings and wide windows framing the treetops. Sliding doors open to the balcony where the view shifts with the light throughout the day.
Downstairs, a second living area connects directly to the garden and pool, perfect for movie nights, games or winding down after a day at the beach.

Kitchen and Dining
The kitchen is built for cooking properly. Smooth concrete benchtops, premium appliances and a generous island bench make meal prep easy, even for a full house. The adjoining dining area is anchored by a large timber table that seats the group comfortably and flows naturally to the living space and balcony. An outdoor BBQ extends the entertaining options.

Suffolk Park sits between Byron Bay and Broken Head, with Tallow Beach just six minutes away by car. Byron Bay is ten minutes for dining, markets and nightlife. Brunswick Heads, Bangalow and the Cape Byron Lighthouse walk are all easy day trips. Ballina Byron Gateway Airport is roughly thirty minutes away, and Gold Coast Airport is just under an hour.

Closer to home, guests can explore the Suffolk Park Bakery, nearby nature reserves and the relaxed local cafes scattered throughout the area.

Palmcliff House is finished to a high standard and is best suited to guests who will treat the property with care.

Not suitable for pets. Strict no party policy including schoolies, hens and bucks events. A refundable security deposit of $2,000 will be pre authorised prior to arrival.
