A good location and close to Southbank and dining areas

Great little apartment in South Brisbane. Close to the Convention Centre and Southbank. The apartment was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped, the bed comfortable and a great shower.
Things to be aware of
-there is no concierge (this is a residential apartment) and no housekeeping. The internet log in details I was given were incorrect, but I was able to get the correct ones from MadeComfy (who rent the apartment out).
- there is no housekeeping service. Not an issue for me, but might be for others
- there are a lot of homeless people in the area. There is a park across the road with people living in tents and regular homeless services at night (food, showers etc). As a woman staying on my own, it did make me slightly nervous returning at night.
Unrelated to the accommodation, I have rung Made Comfy 3 times now to ask for a tax invoice, and still have not received one.
