The key collection was from a different place, which was not made clear before booking. It was difficult to find the location and to get a park nearby.
The parking instructions were quite confusing - it indicated to use the fob, and there was a fob attached; but to get into the parking garage and into the building you needed to use the swipe card. This was really difficult to figure out when we arrived tired after 8 hours of driving. We had to make a phonecall for assistance - they also told us to use the fob. Eventually we figured it out ourselves to use the card. Instructions need to be more clear.

Location and it was easy working with the management company.
The kitchen bench on wheels didn't feel practical and made the space in the kitchen feel crowded as it doesn't have a big area for cooking prep as it is.

Cide was not correct. Had to ring to get correct code.
PLEASE can I get a full tax receipt. I have asked but nothing forthcoming yet
