Place was just fine.. We would rent again. Reported to VRBO already by phone. Just a few things. Not correct cables to play DVDS from payer. Outside BBQ needs replaced, Sm. water leak from frig? Jets on spa not working.

The location of this house is great. There is beach access at the end of the road which is a very short walk. The actual house had some pros and cons.
Pros: location, yard, fire pit, all TVs had a streaming stick, good fridge, dishwasher, etc, house was mostly clean, fresh bedding and towels, fresh sponge and soap by sink, hose by front door to rinse off before going in, beautiful flowers and decor
Cons: the mold/mildew smell was very strong and affected our allergies, sign by the door stating no shoes, no pets allowed on the furniture, no pets could be left unattended (even for a minute) so even though we brought crates for our dogs we did not feel comfortable going out to dinner, the door lock kept malfunctioning, fridge was not cleaned with someone’s half eaten leftovers inside, huge holes in fence blocked off by random items like chairs, carpets were dirty, half of burners on BBQ grill didn’t work, jets on hot tub didn’t work
