Nestled in the unique coastal community of Olivia Beach, this beautiful home offers luxurious features and ample space for your outdoor adventures. You and your guests will also enjoy access to amazing on-site amenities like an outdoor saltwater pool and beach access via a staircase.
The beach is within walking distance and can be accessed via 150 stairs (with easier access points available within a short drive north or south). For surfing short or longboards, the beach adjacent to Olivia Beach has an excellent sandbar setup.
The nearby community center also includes a rock-climbing wall, two large pools, a basketball court, and a gym.
Take in peekaboo ocean views from one of three decks that extend from each level of this three-story home. Lounge on the gated side patio, or sip morning coffee on the front porch.

We loved our stay here. The house was beautiful, great location and quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, bathrooms were clean and nice, TVs functioned well and lots of games to play. There were plenty of towels for our family of 4 as well. We had some trouble finding the key fob for the pool so we messaged the host and they were quick to respond. We would definitely stay here again.With that said, there were some odd things about the house. Since the house was so beautiful, we were surprised to find that the refrigerator needs replacing because the shelves are wobbly or missing, the garbage can was pretty beat up and dented and didn’t even have a foot press cover so you had to step on the wire to open the lid, not all the lights on the washer/dryer function so you’re guessing at what setting is being used and the vent cover for the stove exhaust rattles very loudly when it’s windy. The “street” to get to the house is very narrow. It’s more like an alleyway but we were able to park our SUV just fine. I’d be less confident with a large truck but you can park on the street above and walk down. We couldn’t find the pool key fob and the host told us it’s a code and a fob is not needed however that was incorrect. The key fob was actually hanging by the front door and not attached to the welcome book like it said. You do need the key fob to get into the pool building. Overall, this was a great experience and we loved the rental. I’d definitely book this home again.

Overall our stay was great! The house is beautiful with an open floorplan and lots of space. The location is really nice with a short drive to anything in Lincoln City. The neighborhood is newer, safe and there is a small park with a playground, sand volleyball court, and swimming pool. We agree with other reviews that the beach access is fine but we ended up just driving to other access areas vs the walk to the stairs by the house or walking to the beach access lot down the hill. We also agree with the comments about parking; the street down to the house is narrow and the parking spot is right next to the house. We had a 2022 Ford Explorer and that fit just fine but anything wider could be challenging. If you have a larger vehicle, you can just park on the street just above the house and it’s a super short walk down the house. There aren’t a lot of “extras” at this home; so if you want things like beach towels, extra throw blankets for a family, or extra pillows… I would bring those along. There are plenty of games stocked & lots of seating. There are plenty of smart TVs too. We also agree with the reviews regarding the balcony railings; we didn’t have young kids with us but if you do, I definitely wouldn’t let them be unattended on any of the balconies (the railing wires are quite loose & the wood railings don’t feel sturdy). Our group consisted of 3 adults 2 teenagers and we were all comfortable and happy! We would definitely stay at again!

We had an amazing time during our stay. Each home had its quirkiness and this one does too. We will definitely like to stay there again!
