We welcome you to Spring Hill Holiday Units - Unit 3, a bright and comfortable coastal retreat in Queenscliff. Offering a relaxed and private stay for families, couples or small groups, this self-contained unit is ideal for those looking to explore the Bellarine Peninsula while enjoying a serene garden setting. This is one of three units available at Spring Hill Holiday Units, each providing a similarly inviting and well-appointed experience.

Situated in a quiet cul-de-sac, the unit is just a short drive from the Bellarine Peninsula’s key attractions including pristine beaches, the Queenscliff Marina, Point Lonsdale Lighthouse, the Bellarine Railway, and the region’s celebrated wineries and farmgate producers. Guests can also enjoy nearby cafes, shops, and scenic coastal walks, offering the perfect mix of relaxation and local exploration.

This upper-floor unit features two comfortable bedrooms, a bright living and dining area, and a kitchenette with kettle, microwave, toaster, toaster oven and all essential cooking and dining ware. Guests have access to a private bathroom with a walk-in shower, free WiFi, a smart TV, heating and cooling, a dedicated parking space, and a shared garden area with seating and a fire pit. Additionally, Unit 3 offers its own private balcony overlooking the garden, providing a peaceful spot to relax outdoors.

Sleeping arrangements are as follows (all linen & bathroom towels provided):

*Pet friendly* A maximum of two pets are permitted. The property is not fenced. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by pets.

*No visitors* Only guests included in the reservation are permitted on the property at any time. Visitors are not allowed.

*One parking spot per unit* One designated car space is provided per unit. Additional vehicles must be parked off-site, approximately 200 metres from the property.

*All guests are required to complete our verification process, including ID verification and providing a credit card for a security deposit, prior to accessing the property.*

Strict house rules apply and are enforced when reserving this property including no parties, excessive noise or outside guests.
