7 minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge. The open living room and fully stocked kitchen are ideal for gathering, while a second upstairs living room with a pool table and other games provides a great play space for all ages. Outside, you can relax on the porches, shoot hoops on the private lighted basketball court, play your favorite pickleball game, gather around the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub!

This cabin is all your own! You will get your check in information and codes the morning of your arrival.
Other things to note:
- For your convenience we supply you with a starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
- Outdoor Fire Pit is wood burning. Guests are responsible for providing their own wood. Fires must be put out completely and buried as guests are 100% responsible for their fires. Fires must be cleaned up and thrown out prior to departure.
- No RV or Trailer parking.
- You do NOT need four wheel drive to reach the cabin. No need to climb up hair pin turns, enjoy life in the Smokies while still being close to town!
- Early check ins are based on availability of the cleaning crew. There is a fee for early check ins (between $100-$150).
-Check out is at 11 am. If you stay past 11 am we have to charge an additional $250 - $350 plus an additional cost of reimbursing the next guest, as it is not enough time for the cleaners to clean the cabin.
