My family and I just spent 5 nights and could not have asked for a better experience! The cabin was beautiful and just as described. You cannot beat the location and the convenience getting anywhere in the area. We cannot wait to come back.

Our family came to Pigeon Forge for Spring Break. We
had everything planned perfectly, but, life has a way of changing perfect plans. We rented a cabin just 30 minutes from Paradise Point. Upon our arrival, we were shocked to find a dirty, unkept cabin. We knew we couldn't stay, we were so displeased. In a last minute panic, we searched for a place to stay that would be comfortable for our kids. It was already 7:30pm. After we inquired,Tess reached out and we were able to not only book our stay here but she accommodated us that very night! Sigh of relief. Our entire week here at Paradise Point has been nothing short of amazing and relaxing. Clean, kept, and cozy. Our kids will never forget their time here and we cannot wait to come back! Thank you,Tess and Ana.

Home is nice, comfortable but needs some maintenance. The electric fireplace was tripped and didn’t work the first day until crew came to reset. There are absolutely no lamps in living room or kitchen, the only lighting is overhead lights not on a dimmer. The ceiling fan in living room didn’t work and the remote control for it was missing and no effort to locate or address it.
