Dogs:
○ We allow 2 well-behaved dogs at our cabins
○ Each guest is responsible for cleaning up pet waste on the property
○ Please keep dogs off the furniture
○ Any damage will be assessed a separate fee
Smoking:
○ Please, please do not smoke in our cabin.
○ If the cleaning crew smells smoke after your visit there is an excess charge of $250.
Early check-in & late check-out:
○ We appreciate that you`d like to spend as much time as you can at our cabin and at times we can provide an early check-in and late checkout for an additional fee.
○ If you`ve not paid this fee & had it confirmed by us that you can check in early or check out late you`re not permitted to check into the cabin before 4 p.m. and must check out at 11 a.m.
○ If you enter before 4pm or stay beyond 11am we reserve the right to charge your security deposit a minimum of $150.
Parking:
○ The maximum number of cars we can accommodate is 3.
○ No street parking allowed (city rule).
○ Any violation of this will result in a loss of security deposit.
Guests:
○ The maximum number of people the cabin can accommodate is six.
○ Any violation of this at any time during your stay can result in eviction and loss of security deposit. (city rule)
Quiet hours:
○ Quiet hours start from 10pm.
○ Disruptive noise after 10 p.m. can result in loss of security deposit and eviction. (city rule)
Fires:
○ Outdoor fires of any kind are illegal in Big Bear.
○ Evidence of an outdoor fire will result in loss of security deposit. (city rule)
○ Our propane fire pits and BBQ’s are perfectly legal.
Dishes:
○ Guests must wash all dishes for sanitary reasons.
○ If guests fail to wash dishes, we reserve the right to charge the security deposit $50 per load of dishes.
Photography:
○ We love it when guests take pics of their stay, however professional/student shoots/ filming of any kind is not allowed.
○ We charge different rates for film & photo shoots. Please enquire.
Tire Chains:
○ By law, you are required to carry chains in your vehicle when traveling the mountains in winter months, even if they are not required to be on your tires.
○ Highway Patrol may stop you, at any time, to confirm they are in your vehicle.
○ Vehicles with 4-wheel drive also need to carry chains.
○ Chains generally can be purchased in town.
○ If you have any questions about the road conditions, or whether or not chains are required, the best number to call would be The Big Bear Road and Snow line at (909) 866-ROAD (7623).
By booking this stay, all guests release the management company and owner of the property from any and all liability for unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.
