About this apartment rental
Book now & discover why separate might just be the smartest way to stay together.
What You’ll Love:
• A surprisingly smarter setup: Not one large unit, but two completely separate ones—a 1-bedroom and a 2-bedroom—giving your group room to spread out, reconnect, or retreat.
• Fully staffed front desk & luggage storage.
• Private suites with shared resort-style amenities.
• ¼ mile to the beach, close enough for sandy feet, far enough for peaceful sleep.
• 2024 renovations, modern comfort meets island charm.
Good to know:
- These are two separate condos within a timeshare-style complex.
- There are multiple buildings in this apartment complex. The assigned units may be in a different building.
Bedding Arrangements:
2-bedroom unit:
- King bed in the primary bedroom
- Queen OR Twin beds in the second bedroom- The staff can always join the twins to create one larger bed if desired.
1-bedroom unit:
- King bed
Bonus beds: Queen Murphy beds in both living rooms.
In each unit, you'll find everything you need to turn “Are we there yet?” into “Can we stay longer?”
- Fully Equipped Kitchen – Cook, reheat, or just brew that life-saving morning coffee.
- Washer/Dryer – Because nobody wants to pack soggy swimsuits.
- Private Balcony – Ideal for lazy brunches.
Please note: 4 guests maximum in the 1-bedroom and 6 guests maximum in the 2-bedroom. So, it’s best to decide who’s sleeping where before you arrive… trust us, it’s better than negotiating it at midnight after a long flight.
-While our condo is conveniently located just steps from the beach, the units do not offer an ocean view.
•Some units require stairs; not all have elevator access
Located just 1/4 mile from the stunning Kamaole-1 Beach, our 2024-renovated apartments in Kihei let you live the island life without the island hassle.
As part of a professionally managed timeshare complex, you’ll enjoy:
- A refreshing pool when the ocean feels too adventurous.
- A soothing hot tub for after-sunset relaxation.
- A fully equipped gym—because beach muscles don’t build themselves.
- Luggage storage and poolside restrooms to start the vacation before check-in even begins.
While these resort perks are shared, your two private suites are all yours. And when you do venture out, you’re within a half-mile of:
- Local shops and restaurants
- Food trucks serving fresh island eats
- Lively farmers' markets
- And of course, those postcard-worthy beaches.
Other things to note:
- The guest making the reservation must be 21 years of age, present a photo ID/credit card for a $250 refundable deposit per apartment at check-in.
- Since two units are assigned, two guest names are required - one per unit. If the main guest plans to arrive later, the reservation should be under the name of the guest arriving first, with the secondary guest listed as well.
- The apartments are located in a timeshare complex, and the pictures are from a typical unit. The exact units are assigned at check-in. The exact view and layout may vary depending on the units assigned. All the units are under common management and have similar furnishings, decor, and layout.
- The two units may be in different buildings depending on availability. We will do our best to keep you as close together as possible.
- Infants and children are counted towards maximum occupancy.
- Stairs may be required as not all units are on the ground floor or have elevator access.
- We share this island with critters. While we treat the apartment monthly for pest control, you may occasionally see a roach or a gecko. These are harmless and do not entitle guests to refunds, but please let us know if you see more than one so we can call our technician. If coming across a critter will cause you to feel stress, unmanageable fear or cause you to empty the property, we suggest you do not book our property or another property on the Hawaiian Islands.
- This is a timeshare property, and guests are NOT obligated to participate in any timeshare presentation. Attending a presentation is entirely optional, and should a salesperson approach you, we recommend politely declining their invitation.
