ONE OF A KIND, no other units like this townhome, decorated in colorful island style decor, is located only one block from Sugar Beach, the longest white sand beach on Maui. Managed by Aloha Maui Getaway since 2008, we are always available for you, we are one of a few units that have central air, and our loft bedroom is enclosed for privacy not open to the living room like most. We are in building 1 so there is NO road noise & we have all new windows in our unit which makes it a lot quieter. It is just minutes to some of the best snorkeling, windsurfing, and surfing Maui has to offer. After a day in the sun, relax with a tropical drink while your kids swim in the large resort style pool just steps from your lanai. We are one of just 2 complexes that heat the pool in the winter. The Koa Resort is a small complex of about 54 units that sets on over 5 acres of lush tropical landscaped grounds. We also have boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler & umbrellas. Our townhome has TVs in most rooms, wireless internet. Come to our home and relax, enjoy and have a wonderful vacation!!

The home is beautifully furnished in the island style with tastefully selected art. There is a/c and ceiling fans in every room. The fully equipped kitchen with new quartz countertops offers everything you’ll need to cook that special island dish. Additional amenities include rice cooker, coffee bar, spices, blender, coffee maker & grinder, & mixer.
IF YOU CANCEL OUTSIDE CANCELATION POLICY, YOU WILL GET A FULL REFUND ONCE WE REBOOK MINUS $500 MANAGEMENT FEE AND CC FEES IF APPLICABLE.

Great location across the street from the beach. Fantastic sunsets. Excellent communication from Robyn. She connected us with a travel agent named Dona who was outstanding in giving us little tips and suggestions for things to do and places to eat. Great having the inside scoop from a local. Home was clean, kitchen had everything you could need. Great stay. Would stay there again in a heartbeat. Spirit of Aloha is alive and well. Mahalo

our visit to Maui could not have been better. The property was just as advertised and had everything that we needed.The common areas were well maintained and clean. Robyn communicated with us and answered any and all questions right away, Lourdes was also very helpful. This property was a 10 , we would not hesitate to rent it again.
