ONE OF A KIND, no other units like this townhome, decorated in colorful island style decor, is located only one block from Sugar Beach, the longest white sand beach on Maui. Managed by Aloha Maui Getaway since 2008, we are always available for you, we are one of a few units that have central air, and our loft bedroom is enclosed for privacy not open to the living room like most. We are in building 1 so there is NO road noise & we have all new windows in our unit which makes it a lot quieter. It is just minutes to some of the best snorkeling, windsurfing, and surfing Maui has to offer. After a day in the sun, relax with a tropical drink while your kids swim in the large resort style pool just steps from your lanai. We are one of just 2 complexes that heat the pool in the winter. The Koa Resort is a small complex of about 54 units that sets on over 5 acres of lush tropical landscaped grounds. We also have boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler & umbrellas. Our townhome has TVs in most rooms, wireless internet. Come to our home and relax, enjoy and have a wonderful vacation!!

The home is beautifully furnished in the island style with tastefully selected art. There is a/c and ceiling fans in every room. The fully equipped kitchen with new quartz countertops offers everything you’ll need to cook that special island dish. Additional amenities include rice cooker, coffee bar, spices, blender, coffee maker & grinder, & mixer.

We had a fantastic stay at the KOA Resort in Kihei! The unit has central a/c, which was a blessing in the Hawaiian summer heat. We had 3 generations in our group - having 4 bedrooms was a perk! Our oldest family member is an amputee who uses a wheelchair full time. The first floor was fully accessible for him - the hallways, doorways, and bathroom were all wide enough for him to maneuver with his motorized wheelchair. We also needed a few extras delivered by a mobility company - the owner was able to accommodate us and the items were waiting for us when we arrived for our stay. We had a small maintenance issue on our first day - the owner and the cleaning person responded quickly and it was taken care of the next day. Couldn't have asked for better customer care! The kitchen is huge and well equipped. The bedrooms are roomy and comfortable. The pool are is clean and refreshing. The owner provides so many beach supplies, as well! Thanks for providing a lovely place to stay for our family vacay!

Lots of supplies for young children; dishes, strollers, wagon, life jacket. Very close to pool, which was our grandkids favorite part. Location is good. Plenty of room, for a large family.

The unit is as described and love how close it is to the swimming pool. Kitchen was well stocked with spices. We had our two kids with their three children with us. And ample space for all. Robyn was great in communication. Highly recommend this resort. It’s a 10 minute drive south to family friendly beaches . The beach across was a bit too rocky for small kids.
