The bedrooms consist of a ground-floor super-king-size with en-suite bathroom, a king-size with Juliet balcony and en-suite bathroom, a super-king with en-suite shower room, and a twin with en-suite shower room, along with a ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is an enclosed, rear garden with lawn, patio, furniture, BBQ hut, and off-road parking for 3 cars. Guests have access to a games room (shared with another property within the grounds) between 10.00hrs and 22.00hrs daily - there is a pool table, darts and Air Hockey (please note there is a small charge for Air Hockey). Within 4.7 miles, you will find a shop, and within 2.6, a pub. Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. 2 x highchairs and 2 x stairgates available on request. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. The mid-Devon location leaves you spoilt for choice with moors, beaches and stunning Devon countryside to explore. This peaceful village is a great spot for a relaxing holiday with its 16th century pub and convenient SPAR shop. Lapford is an ancient village at it's heart - its origins can be traced back to the Iron Age Celts and it was mentioned in the Domesday Book. Lapford's playing field provides a great open space for ball games and there is a childrens playground. Lapford train station offers access to the many nearby charming mid-Devon towns and villages. The cosmopolitan city of Exeter with its wonderful architecture lies within 30 minutes driving distance. The nearest well-stocked town is Crediton just 9 miles away and a 20 minute drive.
