- Enjoy the convenience of 2 spacious bedrooms and 1 bathroom on the main level.
- Relax in the cozy living area, complete with a charming fireplace.
- Cook up a storm in the fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare gourmet meals.
**Basement Level:**
- Descend to the beautifully finished basement with 3 additional bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, providing ample space for everyone.
- Unwind in the second living space, perfect for gatherings or movie nights.
- Challenge friends and family to a fun game of foosball.
**Outdoors:**
- Just across a quiet street, you`ll find water access to Muskoka Lake.
- Take advantage of the private dock for your boating pleasure. While boat launching isn`t available on-site, public launching is just a 10-minute drive away at Port Carling.
- Savor outdoor meals with our BBQ and gather around the fire pit for cozy evenings under the stars.
