The Domaine de l'Astic welcomes you to the heart of 50 hectares of unspoiled nature, just 12 km from the Chauvet Cave and the Ardèche Gorges. A former 18th-century farmhouse renovated into five charming vacation rentals, it forms a harmonious complex ideal for group stays: family reunions, gatherings of friends, retreats, workshops, team-building events, or small weddings.
The entire estate can be rented out exclusively on a self-catering basis and can accommodate up to 45 people, spread across 15 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms. The five cottages are interconnected, allowing everyone to gather together while still enjoying more private spaces on the terraces, in the living rooms, and in the kitchens of each cottage.
The heart of the estate is the “Les 3 Eaux” cottage, where you’ll find a professional kitchen, a large 45 m² dining room, and a spacious panoramic terrace that can accommodate your entire group for meals. On the same level, a 45 m² living room is available.
The upper floors feature two additional rooms, each measuring 45 m²: one dedicated to recreation (table tennis, foosball), and the other equipped with a pool table, sofa, and television—a versatile space that can also host meetings, workshops, or seminars.
By renting the entire estate, you’ll enjoy all it has to offer: a heated pool with a view of the Ardèche Gorges, a mini-farm, an outdoor kitchen with a pizza oven, play areas (pétanque, ping-pong, foosball, soccer), large outdoor spaces, a vegetable garden, and numerous starting points for hikes and mountain bike trails.
