Just a few steps from the dike lies Haus Südstrand, a recently
renovated end-of-row house on the quiet outskirts of Kellenhusen. renovated end-of-row house on the quiet outskirts of Kellenhusen. Via a
small, green side path, you can reach the dike after about 150 meters and, in
2–3 minutes, the fine sandy beach, the surf school, or the pier. A bakery, supermarket, and small shops are also within easy walking distance. The house combines modern Scandinavian coziness with a bright, airy atmosphere. On the first floor, you’ll find an open living and dining area
with floor-to-ceiling windows that let in plenty of light and open onto the sunny
patio. The fully equipped kitchen offers everything you need for a relaxing
vacation—from morning coffee to a shared dinner.
On the terrace, a table and chairs invite you to sit outside and take a deep breath.
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a newly renovated bathroom with
a shower (please note: the entrance to the shower is “only” 45 cm wide—see photos). The
large bedroom features a double bed (160 x 200 cm), a desk,
a wardrobe, and a full-length mirror. The second room is lovingly decorated,
ideal for children or guests, with two single beds (80 x 190 cm and 90 x
200 cm). A travel crib with a mattress is also available.
Throughout the house, the light oak-look flooring, combined with white
furniture and clean lines, creates a friendly, Nordic atmosphere. Wi-Fi and
a large flat-screen TV (with satellite and smart TV functionality) are, of course, available. A guest restroom in the
entryway and a parking space right next to the house round out the amenities.
Haus Südstrand is the ideal retreat for families, couples, or small
groups of friends who appreciate peace and quiet, proximity to the sea, and stylish living—a
