Due to neighborhood restrictions, we’re unable to welcome your furry friends. 🐶
Check In: Welcome to your A-Chalet property. Prior to arrival, please contact A-Chalet before arrival; who will be your in person check in service. Their number is: (949) 403-8005 #2 l
Pets: As a reminder, there is a $75 pet fee per dog (max 2). Please keep dogs off furniture and beds and in a crate if you leave the premises. Please leave dogs off furniture and beds at all times. In addition, leave the dog in the crate when leaving the premises. Always keep dogs close by and on leash at all times. No cats allowed.
Trash: All trash must be bagged up and taken offsite to the free trash site located at Clean Bear Site #1 at 41970 Garstin Drive, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315 or Clean Bear Site #2 at 39690 Big Bear Boulevard, Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. There is a $75 fee per trash bag that is left behind.
Fireplace: We do not provide wood; please bring a bundle or two for the gas burning fireplace.
Thermostat: Set to desired temperature and back to 65° when check out
Spa: This is an Indoor Community Spa Please rinse off before using Spa (prevents oil and makeup build up).
Snow Removal: Shovel and salt are provided per property. Please use it accordingly.
Plow services will come during or after 3” of snow.
Kitchen Cleanup: Kitchen is to be cleaned after meals, inclusive of washing and putting away the dishes that you use during your stay to avoid additional cleaning fees.
*If Applicable. BBQ: Please clean the grill and turn off the valve on the propane tank after using the BBQ to avoid additional cleaning and propane refill charges may apply
