You’ll walk into wood-beamed ceilings, a big open living room, and a fireplace that actually gets used. Whether you’re watching the sunrise or winding down after a long day, this is where the slow moments live.
The kitchen? She’s got range.
Literally. Gas stove, oversized island, and everything you need to cook or just snack your way through the weekend. There’s a wine and coffee bar, too—because obviously.
Three king suites = no drawing straws.
Each one has a spa-style bathroom and blackout curtains that don’t mess around. You’ll sleep like a rock.
Little nooks, big chill.
You’ll find quiet corners all over the house, plus a loft that feels like a treehouse in the sky. Bring your yoga mat… or don’t. No pressure here.

Nature and Wildlife:
Wooded mountain land is home to many creatures, including bears, bees, ants, spiders, snakes, and non-lethal scorpions (similar to spiders). While our cabin is regularly treated by professionals to keep them out, some may wander indoors. Please help by keeping the place clean and the doors closed.
Power Outages:
Power outages are not uncommon in the mountains and are usually resolved within a day, typically only a few hours.
Supplies and Firewood:
We do not provide wood or fire starters for the outdoor fire pit, so please bring what you need. The home comes with starter quantities of almost everything else you need. If you run out or need something we don`t have, Walmart, Ingles, and Dollar General are just a few minutes away.
Assistance:
Don’t hesitate to let us know if you have any questions. Providing a five-star experience for you is our top priority.
-No pets. We do not allow any pets- dogs or cats. A $3000 fine will be charged if pets are brought.
-No parties

-Must be age 25 to book
-Quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am. Please be respectful of our neighbors!
-All trash must be sealed and placed in the garbage can. A fee of $100 will be charged if loose trash is found in the can.
-Groups larger than 16 are allowed if approved before booking and we have (2) Queen sized air mattresses for accommodation. Please note every person over the (16) capacity will be charged an extra fee of $60 per person/per night.
Fireplace & Fire Pit:
Do not start a fire if you plan to leave the cabin within 3 hours.
Fires must be completely out before leaving the cabin or going to bed.
Never leave a fire unattended.
After extinguishing, use the fireplace tool to separate logs to opposite sides of the fireplace/fire pit.
Gym Use:
Use at your own risk – Host is not liable for injuries or accidents.
Adults only (18+) unless supervised by an adult.
Consult a doctor if you have health concerns before using equipment.
Use equipment properly – no modifications, rough play, or misuse.
Report any damage or malfunctions immediately.
Keep area clean – wipe down and return equipment after use.
By using the gym, guests accept all risks and responsibility.
Outdoor Sauna
Use at your own risk – adults only (18+).
Limit sessions to 15–20 minutes and stay hydrated.
Do not use if pregnant, intoxicated, or with health concerns.
Never place items on the heater or pour anything but water on the rocks.
Turn off and clean up after use.
Outdoor Cold Plunge
Use at your own risk – adults only (18+).
Plunge is set at 60°F (15.5°C); you may lower it at your own risk.
Limit sessions to 0–5 minutes and exit if you feel numb, dizzy, or unwell.
Do not use if pregnant, with heart conditions, or under the influence of alcohol/drugs.
Never use alone – always have someone nearby.
Never turn the cold plunge off.
Air Conditioning: Do not set the AC below 68°F (20°C). Setting it too low can cause the system to freeze and stop working. Guests will be responsible for any damage caused by improper use.
Robes: Cozy up in our provided robes, but please do not take with you when you leave.
Grill: Please turn off immediately after use.
Cleanliness: Please treat this like your own home! We ask that all dishes be loaded into the dishwasher and trash bagged and taken out to the bear can upon check-out.
Checkout time: Guests must check out at 10 am so we can prepare for the next guests. Late fees will be charged past 10:30.
Locking up: Please lock the house whenever you leave by using the door code sent to you in your reservation.
Outdoor Safety: This is a cabin in the mountains. As you explore the backyard, please be careful walking and be aware of wildlife such as bear and deer.
